Overview This website is operated by MintLock. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MintLock. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Section 1 - Custom Manufacturing & Made-To-Order Products All items sold on MintLock are custom manufactured to order using advanced 3D-printing technologies. Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor cosmetic variations, structural layer lines, or surface characteristics are normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these material properties.

Section 2 - Strict No-Fulfillment Cancellation & Final Sales Because production begins immediately upon order ingestion, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once checkout is completed. All sales are strictly final. We do not offer a trial period, nor do we accept returns or permit product exchanges for any reason.

Section 3 - Shipping & Carrier Insurance Limitations MintLock is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All physical items are shipped via third-party commercial carriers (e.g., USPS). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

In the event of transit damage, compensation or remediation must be pursued via the carrier's standard shipping insurance protocol. Any courtesy replacements issued by MintLock are strictly non-guaranteed and remain at our sole operational discretion.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

Section 6 - Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
