Thank you for shopping with MintLock. All of our products are custom manufactured to order. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:
All Sales Are Final Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or permit product exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure your order details, colors, and quantities are correct before finalizing checkout.
Damages and Order Issues We take great care in packaging our products securely. In the event that an item arrives damaged or broken due to transit transit handling, transit-related claims are primarily covered under the carrier's shipping insurance.
Buyers must inspect their package immediately upon arrival. If your items arrived broken, you must contact us at mintlockco@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photographic proof of both the broken item and the shipping container.
Please note: Damaged items do not guarantee a replacement. MintLock reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to evaluate transit damage on a case-by-case basis and determine if a courtesy replacement or insurance claim mitigation will be issued. Items returned to us without prior written authorization will be discarded and will not be processed.
