Thank you for supporting MintLock! We are dedicated to manufacturing and packaging your custom collectibles display gear with absolute precision. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Fulfillment & Processing Time All items are custom 3D-printed to order. Standard order processing and manufacturing take approximately 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Methods We ship all domestic orders securely via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery zip code and carrier commercial discount tiers.
Small Orders (1–3 units): Shipped securely inside a protective bubble mailer.
Bulk Orders (4+ units): Shipped securely inside a heavy-duty small cardboard box.
Because USPS Ground Advantage consolidates commercial lightweight tiers, shipping rates remain a flat cost for all packages under 16 ounces, providing you with the most economical rates possible.
Tracking & Transit Delivery Once your label is printed and your package is dropped off at the post office, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking number. Delivery transit times generally take 2–5 business days depending on your location.
MintLock is not responsible for any shipping transit delays, carrier tracking errors, or service interruptions caused by the United States Postal Service.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the postal carrier. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if your package arrives broken from transit handling, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate carrier insurance claims mitigation via mintlockco@gmail.com.
